Presentation

Anatoli is an annual publication devoted to the interdisciplinary study of the space between the Adriatic and Caspian seas. It focused on Greek, Latin, Slavish, Turkish, Persian, Georgian, Armenian, Jewish cultures... which inhabited and shaped it. To-day, the territories of these regions are fragmented but in the past they were unified by imperial powers, the Ottoman empire being the last one. They preserved numerous common features. The importance of the space for the European Union is obvious.

The journal ceased publication with issue 9 | 2018.
